We are pleased to announce that we are coming back to the Long Beach area for our 2nd New Year's Eve Party for the Long Beach Singles Yacht Club. We had a great time last year ringing in the New Year with this prestigious club. Thank you so much for asking us back. We are looking forward to another great time celebrating the New Year! Hello fellow WoSonians! It's been awhile since we've talked like this, since we have all been so busy with the band, gigging all the time. Oh and that other thing... Life, jobs, and all that other stuff that just keeps us going. Before you know it, the Summer is almost over. We've gotten some great response from the CD. We sure hope you all like it. You can still get a copy at any one of our shows, or you can buy it online right there to the left in the Merchandise section.
We are also playing at some new places that you should definitely come and check us out at. Hennessey's Tavern in Laguna Beach down by the beach is an awesomely cool and laid back place to come and throw some back with us and your friends. The Starting Gate in Los Alamitos right across the street from the race track is another new large place that has a HUGE dance floor and they also serve food 'til 8:30pm. Come check us out here too, we'll be at both of these places within the next couple weeks (Gig Schedule over there on the left.)
What has been very cool lately, is we have been playing more and more private parties, and these have been a real blast. We would love to play that special party or event that you are planning to have. Just contact us and let us know what you have in mind by clicking the Contact Us link over there on the left.

We are now selling the CD at our gigs at a discount and also online. You can now purchase your copy right here on our website in the Merchandise section. You can purchase electronic versions of each track or the whole album plus artwork at online e-tailers like MySpace's Wall of Shadows MyMusic store, CDBaby.com, DigStation, Apple’s iTunes store, Rhapsody, Sony Connect, eMusic.com, AOL's MusicNet, BuyMusic.com, the new Napster, Music Match, and many other Indie music sites.
We are also working on a new Promo CD of some popular covers, to help us get into some new places. This CD will not be for sale. But, we could be coerced to make one for you if you're good. And when the band isn't playing, they've got a state of the art Internet Juke box playing all your favorite tunes! So, come on out New Year's Eve and spend it with us! The party starts when the sun goes down, we'll start playing all your favorites at 9:00pm and we'll ring in the new year right!! Hope to see you there!

Well, the Halloween season is over, and we had a great time! We played an awesome Private party for a special friend's birthday party and combo'd it with the Seal Beach Singles Yacht Club Halloween Party Bash 2007!! Man, that was a lot of fun and there were a lot of great people and awesome costumes too. Now that the party's over, we hope to see you all again soon at one of our shows, you know who you are!
Now, as you can see, our first CD is still not out. We've been having some problems with the production of the CD, and are trying to work them out as we speak. So, we WILL NOT be having our CD Release party simultaneously at Cook's Corner on the 10th. But, we will still be playing some great rock and roll for you guys none the less. The show must go on! So please, stay tuned, the CD hopefully is right around the corner!

Along with playing for you guys at the likes of Cook's and Good 'Ol Boys, we have been busy wrapping up the production on our first CD! Woohoo!! We plan on having it out at our gigs for sale and also up on our website. This has been real exciting for us. Who knew that it would take this much work! We hope you like it! Great show at Cook's Corner! Thanks to everyone for coming, you made it awesome for us! Man, that place was packed, and it was great to see a whole lot of faces we haven't seen in awhile. Thank you.
We video taped for one of our new songs "In The Beginning" while at Cook's. We are in the process of making a video to put up on YouTube.

Happy Friday the 13th, fellow Shadow casters! I hope everyone is having a great summer. A lot of you have been asking about what we’ve been up to. Well, we’re finishing up on our Promo CD, and should be done with it by the end of summer.
We’ve been getting a lot of great feedback on our new name, and that really means a lot to us! Thank you everyone! We’ve come up with a look and logo for our name and most of you like that too.
This weekend we are going to try video taping a couple of songs when we play at Cook’s Corner. Then we’re going to put one or both of them up on our site and on YouTube and see what happens. We’re just having a lot of fun!
Also, we've seen a lot of you have been taking pictures at our shows and we’d really like to see them. Please go to our Photo Gallery and upload your Shadows for everyone to see!

Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone! Thank you to everyone who came out to our first performance as Wall of Shadows. We so appreciate your coming out after a hard day's work and such, it really means alot! We appreciate your feedback too. For those of you who came out on Friday night to see us at Good Ol' Boys, got to hear a couple more new songs; It's Not Over by Daughtry and another of our new originals Talkin' While You're Dreamin'. That's the 7th original song we've brought to the masses! Pretty soon you'll be able to hear them right here on our site. One of our phfans, M.G., even has one of our songs I Got Nothin' as a ring tone! That was pretty cool the first time I heard that!

We are very excited to announce the new name for the band....Wall of Shadows. Let me tell you, we had long deliberations. But, we had many reasons why we wanted to change our name. By the way, do you actually know what the name 'phfit' stood for? You long timers should know.
We have begun making our first album of all original material. Along with playing almost every weekend, we are also at 2nd Floor Recording Studios laying down new tracks. We have plans to release a CD in the near future. Stay tuned.
We'd just like to say "Thank you!!" so much for all of your continued support. And now that the name change is behind us, we will be pursuing some new venues for you to come and see us play! If you have a special bar or venue that you would like to see us play at, please contact us and let us know. We're looking for new meat!
We are learning new songs along with the original material too! In fact, our latest songs to debut, "A Long Time" by Boston and "Hotel California" by The Eagles you seem to really enjoy. We really appreciate your Kudos when we play these! By the way, you need to come in and see Crushr's new guitar that he is playing on "Hotel California" and on one of our originals "The Mask"; let me just say this... we call her "The Beast" !
