Dave (Prank Masta' D) - bass guitar, vocals and pranks o'plenty
Biography:
Dave began playing bass in 1964 and gigged regularly through the 1970's with several Southern California bands. After taking time out for a family and career, Dave resumed playing with local Orange County musicians and is currently featured on two full length CD's by the group "G8" (2003, 2006).
He enjoys all eras of music -- classic rock through post-punk. His personal recording studio is better equipped than many commercial studios and he works regularly with local artists on demo and commercial albums including Wall of Shadows.
While Dave has several basses to choose from, he most often plays his 1968 Hofner (in original mint condition). The bass, made famous by Paul McCartney, is easily recognizable and provides deep pounding bass lines due to its hollow-body construction.
